The petitioner was convicted under Section 341, 342 & 376 (ii) IPC and during the pendency of the appeal before this Court, on 19.04.2017 suspense of sentence was ordered directing the petitioner to appear and sign before the Court concerned on first working day of every English calendar month.
Reasons stated in the affidavit is not accepted. Considering the proved charges levelled against the petitioner, this petition is dismissed.
