Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.1 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, they have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have been arrayed as A1 to A6 and they have been implicated in this case on the allegation of demand of dowry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

5. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the submissions made, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and (ii) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
