This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.180 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 354, 355 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 on the file of the first respondent as against these petitioners alone.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on investigation, the impugned FIR was closed as mistake of fact.
