ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.116 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side).
3.This Court went through the contents of the FIR. It is seen that the petitioner is one of the four member group and inflicted severe cut injuries on the face of the victim. The petitioner is said to have cut the same finger of the victim and that the victim is still in hospital.
4. Taking note of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
