PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the tender process scheduled to be conducted on 04.03.2021 as per the tender notification dated 27.01.2021 in connection with the grant of lease for the period of 3 years from 2021 to 2024 to collect the entry fee from the Shops, Stalls, Pay and use Toilets, two wheeler stasnds and other immovable assets of the respondent municipality within the time stipulated by this Court.
