Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C praying this Court to direct the second respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property situated in Survey No.127/5B, 3A 1 situated at Navladi Village, Tirunelveli District on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner 14.02.2015.

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property situated in Survey No.127/5B, 3A 1 situated at Navladi Village, Tirunelveli District on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner 14.02.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
