This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.12 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukottai District, the 1st respondent herein and quash the same. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the entire trial has been completed and all the accused were acquitted by the Court below. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
