P.C., praying this Court to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl A (MD) No. 491 of 2022 dated 17.08.2022 Prayer in CRL A(MD).No. 491 of 2022:- This Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (POA)Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to set aside the order made in Crl M.P.No. 1603 of 2022 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge(PCR), Madurai, dated 26.07.2022 and allow the appeal and enlarge the appellant on bail. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.P.Narayanakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.Sureshkumar, Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

"This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.491 of 2022 on 17.08.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.491 of 2022 on 17.08.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in three months, until further orders."
