ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed against the order dated 23.01.2020 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.100 of 2017 by the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil. 2.The respondent is the plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.100 of 2017 for declaration before the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil. During the pendency of the suit, the petitioner/defendant has filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 2019 to send the disputed document for getting expert opinion from the Forensic Department. The said application was dismissed. Challenging the said order, the revision petitioner/defendant is before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.The trial Court dismissed the petition on the ground that the revision petitioner/defendant has not produced any contemporaneous documents, which are prior to the date of the disputed document. Even, now the petitioner is not able to produce any documents, which are prior to the date of the disputed document. 5.Under these circumstances, this Court does not find any perversity in the order passed by the trial Court and there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(PD)(MD)No.485 of 2020 merit in the revision and hence, th Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
