ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner applied to the first respondent for sub-divisioning the petition mentioned property. Order was passed in his favour near 2001. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 have not carried out corresponding mutation in their respective records. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to both of them on 15.10.2020. 3.The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to verify the records and act on the representation given by the petitioner herein in this regard. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
