This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.186 fo 2014 dated 03.11.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, to some other impartial Investigation Agency.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

Learned Counsel appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner has been attacked by the accused with iron rods and he was hospitalized for nine days and the investigating officer has registered the case in Crime No.186 of 2014, for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC., only against three persons alone instead of six persons. Hence, prays for transfer of investigation.

Considering the submission made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police to monitor the investigation and the investigating officer is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
