ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. Kovilangulam Village Panchayat comprises 12 members. The petitioner is one of them. He claims support of five other members. But that is not sufficient to initiate any motion for removal of the panchayat president. The petitioner however has made serious allegations. Since it was not considered, the writ petition came to be filed. 2/4

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the fourth respondent has exonerated the 5th respondent. The 2nd respondent is directed to take a call in the matter.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
