O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to value the disputed construction put up by the petitioner in first main road, Ramalinga Nagar, Trichy as requested by the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 20.02.2018 to value the disputed construction put up by the petitioner. Since no action has been taken by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the representation made by the petitioner has been considered and the disputed land also valued by proceedings of the second in letter No. t1/Nfh.253/258M/2018 dated 07.06.2018. The copy of the said letter also produced before this Court.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the above said fact.

6.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, since the disputed property has been measured by the second respondent, the prayer sought for by the petitioner becomes infructuous.
