ORDER

The petitioner is said to have purchased a house property in new Survey No.173C/22, situated at Vellamperambur village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District on 19.06.2017. After purchase, she is in possession and enjoyment of the same. Now, the petitioner decided to construct a house under Prime Minister Housing Scheme. For that purpose, she wants to survey the above property. Hence, she filed an application before the respondents on 26.10.2017 and paid necessary fee. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2017 and survey the above property, after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival claimants, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
