ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1964 of 2024 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.1420 of 2023, dated 26.09.2024, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court twice in a month. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is 1/3

complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 14.10.2024 without fail.

4. Considering the above and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the directions of this Court regularly, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
