2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main case in M.C.No.52 of 2020 itself was already disposed of and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
