Heard Ms. A.Banumathy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, and Mr. S.A.Ajmalkhan, Learned Counsel, who takes notice for the Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose the representation dated 09.06.2022 made by the Petitioner relating to Sulthan Alauddin Tharga, Goripalayam, Madurai (hereinafter referred to as 'Tharga' for short). 3.
When it was pointed out that the said Tharga is a necessary party but has not been made as a Respondent in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition impleading all necessary parties and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4
In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. No costs.
