ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the complaint and initiate appropriate legal action against the respondents 3 to 6 based on the petitioner's representations dated 18.12.2025, 03.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The allegation against the respondents 3 to 6 is that they used G-Pay number and collected donation under the guise of temple. The said issue was noted by the Joint Commissioner, who has passed an order dated 19.12.2025 and directed the fit person to prefer a complaint. The fit person has also preferred a complaint to the second respondent, who has conducted enquiry. After conducting the enquiry, the complaint came to be closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said closure report in accordance with law.
