and for proper reconstruction of new bridge between Nambithalaivan Pattayam and Avaranthalai over Nambiyaru River, by considering his representation dated 02.01.2018.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that administrative sanction has been accorded for a sum of Rs.96,00,000/- [Rupees Ninety Six Lakhs only] towards construction of new bridge between Nambithalaivan Pattayam and Avaranthalai over Nambiyaru River, as reflected in the proceedings in e.f.vz;/3284/2018 c3, dated 14.03.2018, the Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
