ORDER

Seeking direction to the third respondent to include the necessary penal provisions under SC/ST(POA) Amendment Act, 1989, in Crime No.360 of 2025 on the file of the third respondent thereby entrust the investigation of the case to the second respondent within the time limit as fixed by this Court, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that in this matter enquiry was conducted and closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and referred charge sheet has also been served upon the petitioner and thereafter, filed before the trial Court. Hence, no further adjudication/investivaion is necessary in this matter.
