ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Contempt Petition is filed alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.07.2023 made in W.P.(MD)No.16141 of 2023. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has made a submission that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.07.2023, the respondent conducted survey and during survey it is found that there are three encroachments as alleged by the petitioner and one has been removed. Insofar as other two encroachments are concerned, the encroachers filed suits before the District Munsif Court, Thiruchuli and the same are pending.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, it is for the petitioner to workout her remedy before the concerned forum in the manner known to law.
