Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to allow the petitioner in the temple festival of Sri Karuppanasamy Masikalari Temple festival at Ezhuvanur Village, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District from 24.02.2023 to 25.02.2023 and permit the petitioner to take 'Pooja Petti' that is the box contained the Pooja articles and the prime deity Sri Karuppanasamy to perform the Pooja from, within time stipulated by this Court, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2023. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the fourth respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents. 2.The petitioner had certain disputes with the private respondents herein. During the pendency of the present proceedings, the issues have been amicably 2/4

resolved. The private respondents through their counsel make a statement before this Court that they have no objection for the petitioner to carry pooja box and also perform the other religious functions. Since the dispute between the parties has been resolved, no further order is required in this writ petition. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
