Prayer :- Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD) No. 6124 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD) No. 64 of 2021, Dated. 20.09.2021. ORDER:- This miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the Petition and Affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Lenin Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mrs.M.Aasha, Govt.Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

CRL MP(MD). No.3171 of 2022 The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.6124 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD)No.64 of 2021, dated 20.09.2021.

2.On perusal of records, it is revealed that the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court weekly once i.e. on every Wednesday morning at 10.30 a.m. vide order dated 01.04.2021 made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2801 of 2021 in Crl.A.(MD)No.64 of 2021. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) stated that the petitioner did not comply with the order on 01.11.2021. 4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is not complying with the condition properly, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in the petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
