This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 1240 of 2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that he has already laid the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai and the same was taken on file in P.C.R.No.71 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if he is still aggrieved by the Final Report.
