The issue that has been raised in the present writ petition has been covered by the judgment of the brother Mr.Justice G.K.Ilanthiraiyan in W.P. (MD)No.30789 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024. Hence, the impugned order dated 04.02.2025 is quashed and the writ petition is allowed. The respondent shall register the document, if it is otherwise in order. No costs.
