PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 4, 5 in the public pathway lands in Survey Nos.21 situated in Pudhur Uthamanur Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District as per third respondent communication in Na.Ka.No.A2/6610/2024 dated 27.01.2025 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 1/4

This writ petition is filed seeking to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 4 and 5 in the public pathway. 2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents submits that the encroachment made by the respondents 4 and 5 have already been removed, which is not objected by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, nothing remains to be considered in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
