ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. and hence, he has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that petition enquiry is pending. However, he submits that on conclusion of the enquiry, there is possibility of registering a case for cognizable offences.

3. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy subject to the following conditions:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
