2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the fifth respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/ defacto complainant submits that anticipatory bail has been granted to the accused on the premise that the injured stood discharged from hospital and such was not the position as on the date of the order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
