RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 8244 of 2016 while granting bail to the petitioner dated 10.06.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN,GOVT.ADVOCATE(CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 11.6.2016 to 18.6.2016 and subsequently, he did not comply with the condition.

2. Considering the above submission, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e.on first day of every English Calender month at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
