This petition has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw the case in Crime No.273 of 2012 from the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the fourth respondent with a direction to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that in this case investigation has been completed and referred charge sheet has been filed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
