ORDER

Seeking to transfer the case in C.C.No.978 of 2023 from the file of the learned Special Judge for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai District, to any one of the Court having competent jurisdiction to try the said case within the Sessions Division of any other District, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial has already commenced and as many as PW-1 to PW-4 were also examined. Since the substantial evidence has already been deposed before the learned Trial Court, the point for transferring the case at this stage does not arise.
