Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUTHUMALAIRAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8326 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.176 of 2019, dated 26.09.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8326 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.176 of 2019, dated 26.09.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8326 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.176 of 2019, dated 26.09.2019 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2076 of 2020 modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
