ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent.

2. According to the petitioner, the 3rd respondent lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and based on that the petitioner has also appeared before the 2nd respondent. But repeatedly the 2nd respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and harassed the petitioner.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, they made an enquiry. During the enquiry, they called the petitioner to appear before them for enquiry and he also appeared, and he sought adjournment to produce some documents. But thereafter, he did not appear for enquiry. In the mean time, this petition is filed.

4. Since the enquiry is pending based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent as against the petitioner and the petitioner also appeared, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry in the manner known to law on merits within one week from the date of this order. 2/4

5. With the above observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
