This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to withdraw the complaint pending before the 2nd respondent in Cr.No.180 of 2014 and transfer it to the 3rd respondent for further and speedy investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that as the case stands registered also for the offence under the provision of SC/ST Act, the same necessarily would be investigated in keeping with the Rule 7 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

4. Considering the submission made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed with a direction that respondents to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
