Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners at the instigation of the respondent No.3 and 4 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2021 within the period as stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners at the instigation of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2021 within the period as stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) for the respondent police. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), based upon the complaint given by one of the family members of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3305 of 2021 petitioners an enquiry was conducted and during the course of enquiry, settlement arrived between the parties, in which the petitioners agreed to cancel the settlement deed, which was executed by them earlier. Based upon that enquiry was closed. 4.According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners did not agree for such settlement and they were pressurised to execute the settlement.

5.Whatever it may be, the respondents 4 & 5 have to workout their remedy through proper forum. Since the petition enquiry has been closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If any necessity arise, the petitioners may workout their remedy in accordance with law.
