O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.09.2014 for removing the obstruction put up in the pathway.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given representation on 22.09.2014 to the respondents police seeking police protection, based on the order passed by the civil court and despite the same, the petitioner has not been provided with police protection.

4.In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent police to afford police protection at the cost of the petitioner, if the claim of the petitioner is supported by the order of civil court.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
