ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to secure and produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife, namely, Isakkiyammal Rani, W/o.Thiraviya Moorthy (aged 30 years) and the petitioner's daughter, namely, Dhakshini (aged about 4 years) produce before this Court and set her at liberty and entrust the custody of the petitioner's daughter to the petitioner.

2. The complaint has been lodged by the petitioner alleging that his wife and daughter were missing. On receipt of the same, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3861 of 2020 the petitioner preferred a complaint on 23.01.2020 through mail to the first respondent. Even after the receipt of the mail, the first respondent did not take any action upon the complaint. On 01.02.2022, the petitioner had given a detailed representation to the respondents 1 and 2 and it is pending for investigation.

3. Considering the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
