ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to enquire into the petitioner's protest petition dated 06.02.2025 in respect of S.Nos.250/8A, 250/9A, 237/2A1 and 234/3A situated in Neeratha Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. In the enquiry that has been undertaken by the first respondent on the application of the respondents 2 to 5, the petitioner intends to file his objection to the claims of the private respondents and in that regard, he had also filed a protest petition on 06.02.2025.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the first respondent to give an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 5 and after considering the protest petition of the petitioner dated 06.02.2025 and claims of the respondents 2 to 5 if any, pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
