Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petitions filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in so far as the petitioner to appear before the respondent of police daily at 10.00 A.M. until further orders as ordered by this Honourable Court on 06.07.2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 10873 & 10874 of 2016 respectively.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.PRABAHARI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.Anbarasan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.10873 and 10874 of 2016, dated 06.07.2016, by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.07.2016. He further submitted that this Court granted bail to the petitioner on filing a memorandum of understanding dated 05.07.2016 and also a joint memo dated 06.07.2016 and stated that the matter has been settled and the petitioner filed petitions to quash the complaints, before this Court and the same are pending. As per the compromise agreements, he has to execute some documents and he has to sign before the Sipcot, Chennai and Tuticorin and therefore he prays for relaxation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.07.2016. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 06.07.2016 made in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.10873 and 10874 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 25/07/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
