This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to measure his land and lay stones and fence.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted in CSR No.484 of 2020. He would submit that summons was served on respondents 3 and 4 and due enquiry was conducted and during enquiry it was found that the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 was civil in nature and they were directed to approach the concerned Court and the parties have also agreed to approached the concerned court, based on which enquiry was closed on 20.12.2018.
