This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.14 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch (Anti Land Grabbing Special Wing), Trichy District against the petitioner/A8.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and the respondent police is yet to file the charge sheet in crime No.14 of 2013. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the respondent police are directed to file the charge sheet within a period of four weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
