ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner, on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by this petitioner against three persons, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.183 of 2022 and similarly the brother of the fourth respondent has also given a complaint against this petitioner and others and so that, both the complaints were enquired together and during the course of enquiry, this petitioner has given an undertaking that he would settle the issue and on the basis of the above said undertaking, the complaints were closed and later, this petitioner has sent a petition to the Deputy Superintendent of Police and others stating that the above said undertaking was obtained by the police officer under the threat and coercion. 2/4

3. Since the petitioner is not going to be summoned anymore in view of the above said closure of the complaint, nothing survives for further consideration. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
