ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent herein to take appropriate steps to recover the petitioners stolen articles and also to file final report in connection with crime No.876 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent police

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as ' Undetected' and RCS notice is also served on the petitioner in RCS No. 17 of 2015 dated 30.06.2015.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However the respondent police is directed to serve copy of RCS notice to the defacto complainant and on receipt of the RCS notice the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.
