2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the on the basis of the representation that was made by the petitioner, notice has been sent to the parties and enquiry is pending. 3.Let the above said representation be disposed of by the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall send notice to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent and enquire the matter with regard to the present situation as to whether there is a life threat to the petitioner and whether there is any requirement of granting police protection. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the second respondent shall pass orders.

4.Depending upon the orders to be passed by the second respondent, the petitioner can workout his remedy in appropriate manner. 5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
