ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to direct the respondent police to execute the warrant issued against the accused on 28.11.2014 in the case in C.C.No.140 of 2013 pending on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and to complete the trial within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/State and perused the records.
3.On 07.04.2015, this Court passed the following order: "The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the fact NBW has been issued on 28.11.2014, the accused has not been arrested.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that a fresh warrant has been issued at the request of the investigation officer and efforts are being made to secure the accused.
The respondent is directed to file a report about the adequate steps taken to secure the presence of the accused. Post the matter after four weeks."
4.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that steps have been taken to execute the warrant.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is inclined to grant further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to execute the warrant. With the above observation, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
