ORDER

The petitioner is said to have filed an application, seeking income certificate for the purpose of applying two wheeler loan for his daughter. Even though the said application has been filed as early as on 25.01.2018 before the respondents 2 and 3, so far, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 31.01.2018. But the respondents so far not issued income certificate. In the above circumstances, this writ petition has been filed. 2.Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending from 31.01.2018, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
