PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District to dispose the petition in CC No. 602 of 2012 pending on the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District within a time frame 1/3

that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court under the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District to dispose the petition in CC No. 602 of 2012 pending on the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District to dispose the case pending in CC No. 602 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
