To relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 9783 of 2016 dated 21.06.2016.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.P.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD) No.5980/2016 in CRL OP(MD)No.9782/2016 and M/S.MUNIYASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner in CRL MP(MD)No.5981/2016 in CRL OP(MD) No.9783/2016 and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.9782 and 9783 of 2016, dated 21.06.2016, by this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been charged for the offences under Sections 419, 465, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) IPC in Crime No.38 of 2016 on the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the respondent police and they moved petitions for anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.9782 and 9783 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 21.06.2016 granted anticipatory bail to them with certain conditions and the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9782 of 2016 has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9783 of 2016 has been directed to appear before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners are complying with the condition from 03.07.2016. The petitioners are the only bread winners of their families and therefore prays for relaxation of the said conditions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 03.07.2016.
4.This Court after considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners granted anticipatory bail to them vide order dated 21.06.2016 with the specific condition as stated above. The reason given by the petitioners is not acceptable and therefore this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners and accordingly these petitions are dismissed. sd/- 03/08/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
