RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relaxation the condition imposed by this Honourable Court Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 12635 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015 on the file of the respondent police station. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in M.P(MD).No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12635 of 2015 dated 20.08.2015 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. This Court by order dated 31.07.2015 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12635 of 2015, enlarged the petitioner on bail on condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm until further orders. Subsequently, he filed M.P.(MD).No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12635 of 2015 and this Court modified the condition that the petitioner should appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, once in a month on the first working day at 10.30 am. Now, the petitioner has come out with the present petition.

3. According to the petitioner, till today he is complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition and now, he has received a summon from the Trial Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that if the condition is relaxed he will abscond and the trial could not be proceeded with and prayed for dismissal of this petiton. He further submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.66 of 2016.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner has received summons from the trial Court and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.66 of 2016, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court in all future hearing dates without fail.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
