This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in respect of Crime No.458 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.458 of 2014, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to co-operate with the investigation in this case.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
